If someone can figure that out please let the rest of us know.. people do some of the most questionable things.
The animal shelter attendant was telling me recently that a guy came in to look for a dog to adopt. He told her he'd just been to the pet store and could't imagine paying $250 for a dog they'd just get tired of so he was looking at the free ones.

Last time I saw her she was in Derby....not in The Derby...just plain ol Derby.

What is wrong with Derby? I was born and raised in that holler. It was fine then, just don't know what it is like now.

We found a female border collie over a year ago that someone put out by the clinch river. I posted on here with questions about the PAWS org. when it happened.
We became so attached to her so quickly that we couldn't give her up. She is now a very happy and spoiled house dog.
I hate the way so many people treat animals and the older I get the more volatile I am about it (getting very grumpy in my old age).

I hate to see animals mistreated. I feel more sorry for animals than I do people.
